Marketing Site
How do I change the personal information (name, phone, photo and short personal message) displaying on my marketing website?
To change the personal info displayed on your website, go to the Website page under the Settings section of the back office. Scroll down to the Personalization section by clicking the arrow icon next to VIEW, updating the appropriate fields, and clicking Save.
NOTE: Your account information and the information displayed on your website are separate, and are updated from separate locations in your back office. To change your personal account information on file with {Company}, see the FAQ titled, “Where do I update all of my personal information?” located below.
What are the Follow Me links on my marketing site and how do I edit them?
If you have accounts with popular social media sites like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, you can allow users to connect with you by enabling the Follow Me links. These links can be edited in your back office on the Website Settings page.
NOTE: Make sure you enter only the username for Twitter and Facebook, but the full web address (URL) for your LinkedIn profile. If you do not enter anything into these fields, they will be hidden on you website.

Where do I update all of my personal information?
Under the Settings tab of your back office you can update your personal information, website information, billing information and more.
How do I upload my personal photo to my profile in the back office?
Hover your mouse over the photo in your web office and click on Change Photo.
NOTE: The name and personal photo associated with your profile are separate from the information displayed on your website. To change the photo on your marketing website, go to the Personalization section of the Website Settings page in your back office.
How do I change my distributor ID? I can’t find anywhere to do it in the Back Office.
You will need to contact Support to change that.
How do I forward my back office email to go to my personal email?
You can forward email sent to your company-branded email address to your personal email address going to Email Settings in your back office.
I am trying to update my address in my web office, but a window comes up saying that I need to enter a piece of information (such as a phone number) that is not an option in the address update fields.
Your back office will not allow you to update your address until all required information has been provided. Since a phone number is required, you must update that section before updating your address. The phone number field is located on the same page where you are attempting to update your address—simply click on the arrow icon next to VIEW in the Phone section, update the phone number and Save, then proceed to update your address.
I am trying to update my billing information with a new credit card in my web office, but after I click on Save it still shows my old card.
Whenever you update your billing information with a new credit card you need to include the billing address with the submission, even if it is the same billing address you had with the old card. Enter new credit card information, enter the billing address as well (whether it is the same or different from the previous card address), and it should update successfully.
